Muscle Man Gay
Can gay men go to a women’s gym?
Okay, so you are probably thinking this is a stupid question.
But I am being serious.
I am constantly sick of going to gyms dominated by other muscle men, who ask for your number or watch you and try to start conversation. For me, the gym is a place for me to escape from all of that!
Also, I am committed to my current boyfriend (he doesn’t go to the gym) and really don’t want to be distracted during my workout.
So, is it possible if I go up to the counter and ask? There are a number of problems I can already think of like:
1) women not believing you’re gay
2) women not being comfortable with another man
3) women thinking you’re just a straight sleaze

Because i’m not a woman, duh.
Arrgh, there is no solution for this.
Can’t buy or bring gym equipment because I live in a dormitory (college student).
Well, I would say no because even though you’re gay…you’re still a dude! LOL 
Ok, but, seriously….
I see your situation…& I think it would be perfectly ok (maye a little awkward at first…) for you to ask the front desk of said womens gym if they would allow it based upon your situation. I think you may get a little giggle out of it but, I think also that they would sympathisize.
Or…you could skip the gym & find a way to get your bf involved in your workout routine. Maybe jogging along the coastline or in a quiet park trail together?
Or…bringing your ipod with you & blasting your headphones enough to block out the distractions at your regular gym. It might give the impression you’re really into your workout & NOT into chatting it up with those beefcakes who try to get your digits. (Wear a shirt that says I’m taken: Back off! LOL JK)
